SCREEN PRINTING

Screen printing involves creating a stencil with a silk screen and applying ink to a garment using a squeegee. Colors are then consecutively applied using several different screens. Designs with more colors require more screens and are more labor intensive. Several factors in screen printing will impact the delivery time and price for your order:

Colors

The more colors included in a print will increase the amount of screens used and therefore the cost. The fewer the colors, the more cost effective the final product will be.

Locations Printed

With each additional location a print requires, the more labor and setup is required. Further customization, such as names and numbers, can add to the price.

Direct to Film (DTF)

Direct to Film, or DTF for short, is a modern printing method where designs are printed directly onto a film using specialized inkjet technology. The film is then transferred onto the garment.

Unlike traditional methods, DTF allows for highly detailed, colorful prints without the need for screens. It's ideal for one-off prints and small batch productions. It’s a popular choice for personalized apparel and small businesses.

The process is relatively quick, eco-friendly, and highly versatile.

EMBROIDERY

We offer a full range of embroidery services with a wide selection of thread colors. We embroider on most products, including those from our vendors, or on customer provided materials and clothing. We commonly embroider hats, beanies, outerwear, jackets, polos, t-shirts, bags, backpacks, and blankets. Direct embroidery is our most common form of embroidery, but we also offer other options such as leather, custom woven, and rubber patches.

Custom Woven Patch

Custom woven patches are made by weaving threads together into a patch, separate from the garment. The woven patches are then sewn onto said garment. This process is ideal for large orders that need to embroider a lot of information in a small amount of space.

Rubber Patch
